Creating a NAXSOL account allows you to order hosting services, manage domains, view invoices, submit support tickets, and access your client area.
Step 1: Open the Registration Page
Visit the NAXSOL website and click Account → Register from the top navigation menu.

If you already have an account, select Login instead.

Step 2: Enter Your Personal Information
On the registration page, fill in the required details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Make sure you use a valid email address, as important account notifications will be sent there.
Step 3: Enter Your Billing Address
Provide your billing information, including:
- Company Name (Optional)
- Street Address
- City
- State/Province
- Postcode/ZIP Code
- Country
This information is used for account verification and billing purposes.
Step 4: Select Your Preferred Currency
Under Additional Information, choose the currency you would like to use for your account.

Step 5: Create a Secure Password
In the Account Security section:
- Enter a strong password.
- Confirm the password by entering it again.
- Alternatively, click Generate Password to create a secure password automatically.
For better security, use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Step 6: Review Mailing List Preferences
You can choose whether you would like to receive occasional updates, promotions, and service announcements from NAXSOL.
This option can be changed later from your client area.
Step 7: Accept the Terms of Service
Read the Terms of Service and check the box confirming that you agree to the terms.
Step 8: Complete Registration
Click the Register button.
Once your registration is successful, your NAXSOL account will be created and you can immediately access the client area.
Logging In to Your Account
After creating your account:
- Click Account → Login.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Login.
You will be redirected to your client area where you can manage your services and account settings.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password:
- Click Account → Forgot Password?
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
